Industry experts discuss important issues at RosBuild 2019 supporting events

The Reconstruction of Buildings in a Historical Centre: Approach, Approvals, Interiors workshop was held as part of the RosBuild 2019 exhibition at Expocentre Fairgrounds. The workshop was conducted by Igor Gorodetsky, chief architect in IG Architects. He and his expert colleagues Konstantin Artemiev, a co-founder of the Independent Hotel Alliance, and Artem Migulev, Cera Group business partner, discussed with industry professionals major issues and stages of reconstruction in historical centres, in particular, in Moscow's Central Administrative District. They shared experience and best practices of successful renovations from several expert viewpoints of builders, hoteliers, and architects.  

The ways of developing a competitive marketable project considering the spinning up built housing purchases in Russia was the theme of professional discussion at another workshop on Residential Complex. Development of Competitive Products in the Current Climate organised and conducted by the Expert Council for Innovations in Real Estate and Strategic Development of the Russian Guild of Managers and Developers.

Design and planning concepts of modern residential complexes, original technologies and projects of tomorrow were presented by successful developers who are active Russian construction market actors: Oleg Stupenkov, General Director of TOP-Idea; Elena Oreshkina, Business Director of Coldi; Elena Gogoberidze, Marketing and PR Director of BEST-Novostroy; Maria Sidorova, General Director of Life Project Development, and other experts.
