We are offering another review of RosBuild 2025 exhibitors to your attention. Judging by communication with our exhibitors, most companies update their products, expand production and acquire new suppliers by the end of year. This means that many interesting discoveries and acquaintances await us in spring.

Innovations, aesthetics, functionality – the main advantages of lighting equipment from AMG Lighting

AMG Lighting is a proven leader in the market of architectural and landscape lighting. It has been demonstrating original equipment for architectural, artistic and landscape lighting at RosBuild for several years in a row.

AMG Lighting General Director Yelena Ostrovkaya has told us about iconic projects implemented by the company this year and plans for the upcoming season.

The company is ending the year with good results. Each of the projects implemented by us during the year was essential to us and our partners. I could mention sites in the Rudnevo Industrial Park (Technopolis Moscow), bridges in Tver and Kaliningrad, and many others.

We have also unlocked a new area, BIPV technologies. These are innovative facade systems made of solar panels that not only capture sunlight, but also accentuate the architectural beauty of a building. Building-integrated photovoltaic systems (BIPV) organically combine aesthetics and functionality, turning structures into energy-generating objects. They replace traditional facade materials such as glass, creating a harmonious integration of energy production into the design and preserving the main functions – light transmission, thermal insulation and sound insulation.

Yelena, what are the immediate plans of your company: an update of product lines or new areas? What tasks do you set for yourselves by deciding to participate in RosBuild 2025?

We continue to develop and manufacture devices for architectural, artistic, landscape and utilitarian street lighting. We are launching a new series of LAKE built-in landscape ground lamps. We are updating the series of Floris GOBO projectors, which we have already shown at RosBuild. These and other new products will be announced in March 2025 and shown at our stand.

RosBuild is a great opportunity to see our partners from regions and Moscow, as well as to attract new interesting contacts. We are waiting for everyone, but especially for architects, lighting designers and developers, we will have something to show and tell them. And, of course, we want to participate in the business program, and just exchange industry news.

Architects, developers from various parts of Russia appreciate Alumark engineering equipment

TBM, a major supplier of component parts for translucent structures in Russia and other CIS member states, will take part in RosBuild again. Visitors also know this company as the manufacturer of the Alumark aluminum profile system actively used in construction of modern buildings.

What are the immediate tasks of the company?

Since we are active members of the Aluminum Association, we are also doing a lot of work to popularizing aluminum in the construction industry. There is yet another important event, our company will become the general partner of the TOP ZhK award for the best new residences in Russia in 2025. The finals and the award ceremony will take within Russian Construction Week.

Why did you decide to take part in the exhibition again? What tasks do you set for yourselves and who would you like to see at your booth?

Russian Construction Week is a key event of the construction industry, so we could not miss the exhibition. Many developers visited our stand in 2023 and we are hoping that our participation will bear fruit in 2025. The TBM booth will display the most interesting and popular solutions of the building market. Our products will be interesting to developers, architects and manufacturers of translucent structures. We will also take active part in the conference programmes of RosBuild and World of Glass.

Following trends, 7 Skameek makes small architectural forms of illuminated architectural concrete

7 Skameek is a dynamic manufacturing company providing comprehensive solutions for urban landscaping projects. Both big corporate clients and public companies implementing federal programs trust the company with their projects.

Tula Park in Mariupol was a large project implemented by 7 Skameek in 2024. It made steel fences by artistic laser cutting, modern benches and urns, as well as pergola swings with flexible neon lighting.

The company is a frequent RosBuild exhibitor. The annual participation in the exhibition makes it possible to inform market actors about company achievements and the growth potential, attract new clients to the brand, and demonstrate new products and production capacities to loyal customers.

Ardatov Lighting Plant marks the 75^th anniversary by developing new interior, street lights

The Ardatov Lighting Plant, one of Russia’s biggest manufacturers of lighting fixtures, celebrated its 75^th anniversary this year. The plant makes over 4,000 models of lighting fixtures, from house and public utility lighting to explosion-proof floodlights, lighting systems and lighting control systems.

The plant has been successfully mastering new technologies and regularly updating its equipment in recent years. An effective network of permanent representatives has been created in the largest cities of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus, in addition to a scientific and technical center located in Saransk. Its sales neared 3 billion rubles in 2023.

One of the popular solutions in modern lighting technology is functional and decorative lighting of premises and public spaces. Frameless (FLG) luminaires of the DSO33 series manufactured at the plant are installed at many educational, healthcare, and sports institutions. Devices of this series come in many shapes and sizes, and various colors and types of finishes for the body and diffuser. It is possible to control the luminous flux and color temperature using digital protocols.

For lighting public spaces, street lamps under the designer brand A1 (Bilbao, Napoli, Rome, etc.) on decorative supports, Premier luminaires, City lighting complexes are actively used.

The plant has developed the A1 brand of lighting fixtures a short time ago to respond to the needs of designers for architectural and facade lighting. The catalog includes new street and public space luminaires, interior lighting, as well as the Firefly emergency luminaire with a lithium-iron-phosphate battery.

Optimal platforms, PUNKT E solutions for charging electric vehicles – transport of the future

The largest operator of electric vehicle charging stations PUNKT E will present its latest projects of charging stations for residential parking, cafes, restaurants, hotels and business centres at RosBuild 2025 in spring.

“RosBuild provides a unique opportunity to establish business contacts with potential partners, clients and suppliers in the construction industry,” say PUNKT E representatives. “We saw that with our own eyes when we took part in the exhibition in 2024. We demonstrated our solutions to a broad range of potential partners and launched a series of projects with the partners we met at the exhibition. • Development of the franchising model. This will allow for faster expansion of the network and attraction of new partners from various business sectors, including developers and management companies.
• Significant increase in the number of implemented projects with a power balancing system in parking lots of residences.
