Opening ceremony of Olympics of Developers took place within Russian Construction Week

The opening ceremony of the first Olympics of Developers took place within the conference programme of Russian Construction Week 2026. The event is organised by ERZ.RF and EXPOCENTRE AO with the support of the Russian Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities.

The Olympics of Developers is a professional competition designed to identify the market leader based on the results of an objective assessment of submitted projects. The participants present implemented cases and applied solutions, which experts analyze according to measurable performance indicators.

The Olympics will have more than 240 reports from 56 teams in four thematic blocks: marketing and sales, management of real estate development business, product solutions, and digitalization and AI. The participants will share their experience in developing territories, strengthening brand awareness, increasing conversions, introducing AI, and creating public spaces.

The participants include such well-known companies as PIK, FSK Group, Donstroy, Etalon Group, Talan, Razvitie Group, GloraX, Level Group, ENCO, RAZUM, AlfaStroyInvest, Incity Development, Zhelezno, Unikey, Atlas Development, etc.

Kirill Kholopik, Head at ERZ.RF, presented the programme at the opening ceremony and spoke about the principles set out in the concept of the event.

"The First Olympics of Developers is a three-day competition for the title of the Best Development Company in Russia," said Kirill Kholopik. "The Olympics features 48 disciplines, which means that each company has several areas where it has a chance to become a champion."

Efim Basin, Chair at the Committee on Entrepreneurship in the Construction Industry of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, addressed the participants with a welcoming speech.
