Russian Construction Week 2023 is one of the industry's most recognized events aimed at implementing state programmes and national projects related to construction and urban development, renovation of housing stock, creation of a new modern urban environment, and support for low-rise housing construction.

Leading Russian and foreign manufacturing companies will demonstrate the latest construction equipment and materials, innovative technological developments in construction, and generate contacts between manufacturers, suppliers and consumers in the construction sector. Participants of supporting events will address the most relevant issues and share their experience and practical solutions to the challenges at hand.

In 2023, the reach of Russian Construction Week will be significantly expanded, as the 4th edition of the RosBuild International Exhibition for Building and Finishing Materials and Technologies will be joined by the 24th edition of the Mir Stekla International Exhibition for Glass Products, Manufacturing, Processing and Finishing Technology. The synergy of the two exhibitions will attract a significant number of target visitors, who will be able to learn about new products presented by professionals in the construction and glass industries.

The main event of Russian Construction Week 2023 will be the Forum for Building the Future of Russia Together that will include different panels, sessions and discussions devoted to the current challenges of the industry. The forum will focus on state support measures for the construction industry, infrastructure development in new territories, digitalisation in the construction industry, green construction, and much more.

RosBuild is the central event of Russian Construction Week and a platform that promotes quality building materials and the latest technologies in construction to new markets. 

The Salon of Low-rise House Construction will be of interest not only to professionals, but also to individual customers who plan to build a country house. It will once again bring together developers and constructors from different regions of Russia. The industrial construction of low-rise houses is supported by the Russian government. This topic is attracting more and more interest, which is why the salon’s showcase is getting larger every year.

The Energy Efficient Construction and Technology display, organised by the Passive House Institute, will showcase their developments and projects both by green building leaders and young, rapidly developing Russian companies from different regions of the country. 

Conference programme 

The central event of the Forum for Building the Future of Russia Together will be the 8th Russian Meeting on the Development of Housing Construction, organised by the National Association of Home Builders, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, the Institute for the Development of the Construction Industry, and EXPOCENTRE AO. The plenary meeting on the Development of Housing Construction in the Russian Federation will focus on the development of housing construction in Russia in the current geopolitical situation, stimulation of investment in housing construction, and issues of sustainable development of building materials production. Deputy Prime Minister of Russia Marat Khusnullin and Russian Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin have been invited to participate in the session.

In 2022, the forum hosted the Top Residential Complexes awards, with 949 residential complexes from 597 developers taking part. In 2023, the organisers plan to increase the number of participants in this contest. The award ceremony for the winners in the Top Residential Complexes Contest 2023 will take place on February 28.

The forum will include events dedicated to the digital development of the construction industry, systems of independent qualification assessment in construction, green construction and operation of buildings, integrated development of territories, implementation of the Moscow housing renovation programme, public procurement in construction, trends in technical regulation in construction, energy efficiency in apartment building, industrialisation of the construction industry, and development of mortgage lending in the housing and construction industry. The conference programme will also cover the topic of additive manufacturing in construction for the first time.
