In a relatively short period of time Russian Construction Week has become one of the most respected networking platforms of the industry, where leading Russian and foreign companies demonstrate advanced materials and technologies and solve topical problems with the participation of representatives of government and business.
This year, RCW brings together two important trade shows – the 5th International Exhibition for Building and Finishing Materials and Technologies, RosBuild 2024, and 25th edition of the International Exhibition for Glass Products, Manufacturing, Processing and Finishing Technology, Mir Stekla 2024 – and the Salon of Low-rise House Construction.
The main event of Russian Construction Week 2024 will be the Forum for Building the Future of Russia Together that will include different plenary meetings, panels and thematic sessions devoted to the current challenges of the industry. The forum will focus on state support measures for the construction industry, its digitalisation, infrastructure development in new territories, green construction, and much more.
The key event of Russian Construction Week will be RosBuild 2024, which will showcase building materials of high quality and the latest construction technologies. Manufacturers and distributors of construction materials will have the opportunity to make direct contact with buyers.

The key topics of the Building the Future of Russia Together Forum are state support measures for the construction industry, infrastructure development in new territories, digitalisation in the construction industry, green construction, and much more.
The foresight session on the integrated territorial development: issues of property foreclosure will kick off the numerous events of the forum's rich and varied conference programme. The event is organised by the National Association of Home Builders, ERZ.RF, and EXPOCENTRE AO. Teams of developers under the guidance of experienced captains will formulate their proposals to improve the regulation of relations in the sphere of real estate seizure during the implementation of integrated territory development projects.
State-of-the-art IT solutions and practical experience of developers in digitalisation of the operation stage will be discussed at the 6th Conference on Digitalisation in Housing Development, organised by ERZ.RF and EXPOCENTRE AO.
The first Russian offline show battle of new buildings between the finalists of the main nomination of TOP Residential Complex 2024 will take place on February 27. The event is organised by the National Association of Home Builders, ERZ.RF and EXPOCENTRE AO.
Each finalist will give a show presentation of their residential complex. The winners in the main TOP Residential Complex category will be announced the next day during the award ceremony.
On February 27, there will be a lot of panels dedicated to the planning of streets, pavements, pedestrian paths inside large residential complexes, parking spaces, the quality of flats in new buildings, the development company of the future, panel and modular housing construction, teamwork in development, standards of flat finishing, what a pedestrian street can bring to a developer and how the developer solves this issue, how smart technologies ensure the safety of living in residential complexes, the best practices of integrated territorial development on the initiative of a right holder, and the latest technological solutions for architectural lighting of residential complexes.
The important events of February 28 will be the 9th Russian Meeting on the Development of Housing Construction in the Russian Federation and an award ceremony of the Top Residential Complex Contest, organised by the National Association of Home Builders, ERZ.RF, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (the Committee on Entrepreneurship in the Construction Sector of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry), and EXPOCENTRE AO.
The discussion will focus on the development of housing construction in Russia, stimulation of investment activity in the sphere of housing construction, and issues of sustainable development of building materials production. Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of Russia Irek Faizullin, Chair at the State Duma Committee on Construction, Housing and Utilities Services Sergey Pakhomov, Head of the Federal Service for State Registration, Cadastre and Cartography (Rosreestr) Oleg Skufinsky, and other important guests and industry experts have been invited to participate in the meeting.
In addition, there will be panels devoted to such issues as infrastructure financing mechanisms, landscape gardening and design, commercial property and street retail in residential complexes, infrastructure for families with children, water bodies, storage space in apartment buildings, best practices of integrated territorial development on the initiative of the authorities, permanent construction of apartment buildings, and other important topics.
The National Association of Home Builders, ERZ.RF, the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (the Committee on Entrepreneurship in the Construction Sector of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry), and EXPOCENTRE AO will open the conference programme of February 29 with a panel discussion on how to make a city better, an open dialogue: government – developer. In an open dialogue, panelists will discuss how to join forces to make cities better and people's lives happier. The issues of creating a comfortable urban environment, mechanisms for taking into account the interests of residents, administrative procedures, and investment guarantees will be raised.
The Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (the Committee on Entrepreneurship in the Construction Sector of the Russian Chamber of Commerce and Industry), the Russian Union of Designers, the National Association of Construction Industry Participants (NOSI), ERZ.RF, and EXPOCENTRE AO will organise the 7th Conference on Low House Russia 2024. The conference will include thematic sessions devoted to low-rise construction as a priority type of housing construction, management of common property of low-rise residential complexes, the procedure for transferring common property to residential property owners, objective ranking of property values in settlements of different economic classes, architectural appearance of low-rise development, modern construction technologies, materials and engineering systems to optimise costs and reduce construction time, and other topics.
The foresight session on scenarios of concessional mortgages after 1 July. Demand and supply trends will focus on the role of mortgages in financing housing construction, and how to maintain a proper level of sales and commissioning of housing using favourable mortgage programmes in the conditions of a high key rate.
On February 29 and March1, participants of different panels will discuss topics important for the development of the construction industry: environment for sports activities in residential complexes, preservation of cultural heritage objects and archaeology in the construction of residential complexes, brick construction of apartment buildings, architecture, facade solutions and facade illumination, rubbish disposal in apartment buildings, green construction of apartment buildings, AI in development, brand and reputation of the developer, management of apartment buildings, turnkey flats, engineering support of apartment buildings and flats, gastrostrategies and capitalisation of residential complexes, and much more.
The minimum age limit for attending RosBuild 2024 is 12.
